OUR WEDDING PHILOSOPHY
We believe that every wedding should be filled with laughter, warm hugs and crazy dancing.
We know that you want your wedding to be as stress free as possible, which is why here at Wharfedale Grange, we make it easy to book and plan your big day.
Whether your celebration is a big rowdy affair, or a small intimate ceremony with just a handful of family, we ensure your wedding day is perfect. Ceremonies can take place in our romantic North Barn or underneath our arbour where, amid fairy lights and beautiful flowers, your story begins to unfold.
Then it’s confetti in our gorgeous courtyard, maybe a tipple from our wonderful outdoor gin bar, or drinks in our fully equipped cocktail bar in the Cart Barn, leaving just enough time for a few photographs in our classic English garden with country flowers and archway, orchard and romantic wildflower meadows.
The South Barn is our luxury wedding breakfast and reception room, with an industrial edge, designer rustic tables and luxury chairs, vintage chandeliers and the biggest rose gold mirror ball you have ever seen over a dance floor; complete with stage, lighting and our state-of-the-art sound system for your chosen band/DJ.
We have thought of everything at Wharfedale Grange. From our complimentary cake knife and stands, postbox, and candles, to our fire pits, luxury glassware, table plan easels & frames and lanterns – all included! As your experienced guides we want you to enjoy your day hassle-free, so we’ll take care of everything for you which is why you get not one, but two wedding day co-ordinators!
UNDERNEATH THE ARBOUR
If you dream of getting married with the wind in your hair, gorgeous Yorkshire countryside all around, and you love the great outdoors, why not take advantage of our beautiful outdoor ceremony arbour.
THE FARMHOUSE
Adjacent to our Barn, is our six bedroomed Grade II Listed Georgian Farmhouse. Don’t be fooled by the traditional sounding name…our stunning contemporary farmhouse is a glamorous wonderland of dramatic colours and bold interiors, for those who like the finer things in life.
Think five star boutique hotel but with the seclusion and flexibility of private hire. The Farmhouse at Wharfedale Grange is available exclusively for wedding parties. Be prepared to escape the norm and step into our opulent and luxurious home from home, complete with huge freestanding copper baths, sumptuous kingsize beds, the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, bespoke artwork and our signature chandeliers.
